Sugarfree three-piece band heavily influenced by the likes of Popsicle, Oasis, and Radiohead. They first burst into the mainstream with the highly successful single Telepono which is included in the critically and commercially successful debut album Sa Wakas.

 In the NU 107 2003 Rock Awards, Sugarfree went home huge winners. They brought home two huge awards that night: the Best New Artist and the Album of the Year for “Sa Wakas”.

After their album “Sa Wakas,” Sugarfree comes up with Dramachine album that contains happy and happy-go-lucky songs released in July 2004. From the very sad “Kuwarto,” to the self-flagellating Hari Ng Sablay as the second hit single. Sugarfree attained their gold status in September 2005 for their “Dramachine” album.

Sugarfree’s upcoming third album will be called TALA-ARAWAN. TALA-ARAWAN’s first single is KUNG AYAW MO NA SA KIN debuted in radios and its music video with a simultaneous airing last Nov 7.
